Charley Kier

I was born and raised in Colorado, splitting my time between Boulder during the school year and summers in the Durango area.  At the end of the summer of my 21st year I was returning to Boulder and while driving over Wolf Creek pass, realized that my heart belonged in southwest Colorado.  I made the permanent move to Durango in 1997 and am so grateful that I did.

With more than 30 years of real estate lending experience, I see things that other industry professionals may overlook, allowing me to help homeowners purchase and refinance homes.  I am passionate about finding creative financing solutions for my clients, no matter how complex.   For most people, a home purchase is one of the largest, most important investments they will make in their lifetime and I enjoy working with them to make their home ownership dreams come true.

In my free time I take advantage of the outdoor opportunities in our beautiful corner of the world.  I like to fly, mountain bike, camp, fish, hike and snowshoe, often with my black lab Reina.  I also like to give back to the community and volunteer with Civil Air Patrol, 9 Health Fair, and the Durango Lions Club.
